Katharina “Kat” Reekmans, EA, MBA, is the driving force behind Key Lime’s Association Management solutions. With a wealth of expertise in accounting, financial planning, and community management, Kat specializes in providing tailored solutions for associations, board members, and property owners. It’s her mission to deliver peace of mind through meticulous financial oversight and transparent management practices.
A proud graduate of Florida State University and Louisiana State University, where she earned her MBA magna cum laude, Kat is also an Enrolled Agent (EA) with unlimited practice rights before the IRS. This rare distinction ensures associations under her guidance benefit from top-tier expertise in tax compliance, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
Kat understands the unique challenges faced by associations and property managers. She brings a proactive, solution-oriented approach to every client relationship. Her commitment to fostering organized, well-managed communities has made her a trusted partner for associations of all sizes.
